Who's behind MySSAgent
A Mother-Daughter Team on a Mission

Patrice Ayling
Founder

Jacqueline Payne, RN, BSN, RSSA®
Medicare insurance broker
After 40 years in nursing and healthcare advocacy, Jackie became a Registered Social Security Analyst® (RSSA®) — and saw how many households make a near-irreversible claiming decision with no one to ask.
Her daughter Patrice built the technology so the analysis takes about a minute instead of an afternoon. Jackie takes the cases software shouldn't decide alone.
Together, they created MySSAgent to bring expert-level guidance to everyone.

Eight questions, short answers.
How does MySSAgent calculate my optimal claiming strategy?
Our AI engine applies every SSA rule that fits your specific situation — across all 27 chapters of the Handbook: earnings history, marital status, health, spousal benefits, and more. We analyze every possible claiming age combination (62–70) and produce a personalized report showing your optimal filing month, expected lifetime benefits, and break-even analysis.
Is MySSAgent affiliated with the Social Security Administration?
No. MySSAgent is an independent, privately-owned tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the SSA or any government agency. All calculations are based on current SSA rules, which are subject to change.
Does my Social Security XML file contain my Social Security number?
No — and we can confirm this with certainty. We reviewed the official SSA XML schema at ssa.gov/developer/statement. The file contains no SSN field — not full, not partial, not even the last four digits. The SSA designed it this way intentionally.
What about WEP/GPO — does this apply to me?
The Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and Government Pension Offset (GPO) were repealed under the Social Security Fairness Act, signed January 5, 2025. MySSAgent’s engine reflects this repeal. If you were previously affected by WEP/GPO, your benefits may have changed significantly — run an updated analysis to see your new optimal strategy.
What does the RSSA® expert review include?
Jackie Payne is a Registered Social Security Analyst® and licensed Medicare Insurance Broker. In the “Do It With Me” ($299) tier, you get a 60-minute consultation covering spousal coordination, earnings-test optimization, Medicare IRMAA impacts, and a final strategy confirmation before you file. The “Do It For Me” ($997) tier includes up to 4 hours of dedicated time for complex situations.
I’m a financial advisor. Can my whole firm use this?
Yes. Advisor licenses are priced by clients, not seats — a yearly bank of household analyses (couples count once, re-runs free). Professional is $1,990/yr (or $181/mo) for 25 household analyses; Premium (150 households/yr) and Enterprise contracts are sized on a quick call. See the live demo at myssagent.com/advisors — no account needed.
Can I use MySSAgent even if I have a financial advisor?
Absolutely. MySSAgent complements your advisor — it doesn't replace them. Our analysis gives you (and your advisor) data-driven insights on optimal claiming strategies, spousal coordination, and lifetime benefit projections. Many clients share their MySSAgent report with their advisor to inform the broader retirement planning conversation. We call this 'advisor strategy coordination' — we handle the Social Security optimization, your advisor handles the full financial picture.
Is my data secure?
We take security seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Our SOC 2 Type I report was issued by an independent CPA firm as of July 31, 2026, and a Type II examination is under way. We never sell your personal data, and we share it only with the service providers that run the platform. Your information is used only to generate your analysis.
