1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MySSAgent ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

MySSAgent is operated by Recognize Revenue Consulting LLC, located in Ohio, United States. The Service is available at mySSagent.com and related domains.

MySSAgent provides Social Security claiming strategy analysis and educational resources. Our services include:

• AI Analysis ($49): Automated analysis of Social Security claiming scenarios
• Do It With Me ($299): AI analysis plus 60-minute strategy session with an RSSA® advisor
• Do It For Me ($997): Comprehensive concierge service including 3 live strategy sessions, full implementation support, and 12 months of ongoing access

3. Important Disclaimers

3.1 Not Financial or Legal Advice

MySSAgent is an educational and analytical tool only.

The Service:

• Does NOT provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice
• Does NOT replace professional guidance from licensed financial advisors, attorneys, or tax professionals
• Provides general information and scenario analysis based on data you provide
• Cannot account for all personal circumstances or future changes in law

3.2 No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy of Social Security rules interpretation (rules change frequently)
• Future benefit amounts (subject to SSA policy changes)
• Your individual claiming decision outcomes
• Specific dollar amounts of optimization

3.3 RSSA® Certification

Jacqueline Payne and associated analysts hold the Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA®) certification. This certification demonstrates specialized knowledge of Social Security rules but does NOT constitute:

• A license to provide financial planning or investment advice
• Legal authorization to practice law
• Tax preparation or CPA services
• Fiduciary relationship

3.4 Your Responsibility

YOU are responsible for:

• Verifying all information with the Social Security Administration (SSA)
• Consulting licensed professionals before making claiming decisions
• Understanding that Social Security rules can change
• Confirming your personal information is accurate

4. User Obligations

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Update information if circumstances change
• Not misrepresent your age, marital status, earnings, or other relevant data

4.2 Lawful Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our analysis algorithms
• Share login credentials with others
• Use automated systems to scrape or download content
• Resell or redistribute our analysis without permission

4.3 Account Security

If you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Current pricing is:

• Tier 1 (AI Analysis): $49
• Tier 2 (Do It With Me): $299
• Tier 3 (Do It For Me): $997

Prices are subject to change with notice.

5.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected service
• All fees are in USD
• Prices do not include applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, etc.)

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Some services may include ongoing support with automatic renewal:

• You will be notified before renewal charges
• You may cancel before the renewal date
• Cancellation instructions are provided in your account settings

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

Tier 1 (AI Analysis - $49):

• Full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase
• No questions asked
• Request via email to support@myssagent.com

Tier 2-4 (Services with Human Consultation):

• Full refund if requested within 30 days AND before consultation has occurred
• If consultation has been completed: Partial refund at our discretion based on services rendered
• No refunds after 30 days

6.2 Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Access to Service is revoked upon refund

6.3 Exceptions

No refunds will be issued if:

• You violate these Terms
• You have already claimed Social Security based on our analysis
• You request a refund for reasons outside our control (e.g., SSA policy changes)

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content, including but not limited to:

• Analysis algorithms and methodologies
• Educational materials, blog posts, videos
• Website design, graphics, user interface
• Software, code, and databases

...is owned by Recognize Revenue Consulting LLC or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Download and print your personal analysis reports

You may NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without written permission

7.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of information you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your data to:

• Provide the Service
• Improve our algorithms (in anonymized, aggregated form)
• Create case studies (with your explicit permission only)

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Stripe (payment processing)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Consequential Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYSSAGENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity
• Claiming decisions you make based on our analysis
• Changes in Social Security laws or regulations
• Errors or omissions in analysis
• Service interruptions or technical failures

10.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.3 Basis of Bargain

These limitations reflect the allocation of risk between us and are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MySSAgent, Recognize Revenue Consulting LLC, and our officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your claiming decisions

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of analysis

13. Modifications to Service and Terms

13.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Change pricing with 30 days notice
• Update features and functionality

13.2 Terms Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective:

• Immediately upon posting for minor changes
• 30 days after notice for material changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Termination

14.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, contact support@myssagent.com.

14.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You provide false information
• We are required by law
• We discontinue the Service

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ends immediately
• We may delete your account data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Provisions that should survive (liability limitations, indemnification) remain in effect

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Arbitration Agreement

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

You and MySSAgent agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration instead of court, except:

• Small claims court actions (under $10,000)
• Claims for injunctive relief
• Intellectual property disputes

Arbitration Process:

• Governed by the Federal Arbitration Act
• Administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
• Conducted in Ohio or virtually
• Each party pays their own costs unless otherwise required by law

Class Action Waiver:

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as part of a class action.

15.3 Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first using the Service by emailing support@myssagent.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MySSAgent.

16.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor.

16.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

17.1 Tier 1: AI Analysis

• Automated analysis based on data you provide
• No human review included
• Delivered via email within 24 hours
• Results valid as of analysis date only

17.2 Tier 2: AI + Quick Review

• Includes all Tier 1 features
• Plus 15-minute phone/video consultation
• Must be scheduled within 60 days of purchase
• One consultation included; additional consultations require upgrade

17.3 Tier 3: AI + SS Advisor

• Includes all Tier 1 features
• Plus 45-60 minute consultation
• Must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase
• One consultation included; additional consultations at additional cost

17.3 Tier 3: Do It For Me

• Includes comprehensive analysis and ongoing support
• Specific deliverables outlined in service agreement
• Support period defined in purchase confirmation
• May include automatic renewal (with notification)
