After 30 years as a registered nurse, I stepped out of direct care and into advocacy—becoming a Medicare broker to help people navigate health insurance in retirement.
Five years of enrolling clients in Medicare and supplement plans taught me something: people needed help with more than just healthcare coverage. They needed someone to help them claim the benefits they'd already earned.
Becoming a Registered Social Security Analyst® was the logical next step. That's when I discovered a troubling truth: Americans routinely miss out on thousands of dollars in benefits because most people cannot understand the hundreds of complex rules that determine their benefits. Claiming at the wrong time isn't just an unfortunate decision—it's the single most expensive financial mistake most Americans will ever make.
So I partnered with my daughter Patrice, an entrepreneur, to build MySSAgent: an AI agent that analyzes hundreds of scenarios in minutes, with optional expert review for additional peace of mind.
