Before founding MySSAgent, Patrice spent a decade building revenue functions inside complex businesses — most notably as a revenue architect at GEON, where her work generated $4.1 million in attributable revenue with a 488% ROI. That experience taught her how to turn nuanced product capability into commercial outcomes: how to find the buyer, how to frame the offer, how to build the GTM motion that actually converts.

Patrice's mother, Jackie Payne, is a Registered Social Security Analyst®, a Registered Nurse, a Medicare broker, and an ACA enrollment specialist.
